Transgender Medical Project Manager Needed

The Bellingham LGBT Center is developing a program to address the mental and physical health needs of transgender individuals in Whatcom County.
We need:

• A Medical Doctor: to lead and chair the planning committee for this program. This individual must be separate from presenters.
• Presenters: to address the gaps in medical care for transgender and gender variant patients who need the best physical and mental healthcare. Presenters are also needed to provide sensitivity training.
• Medical Doctors who are interested in presenting. These might be endocrinologists, plastic surgeons or other MDs with knowledge and experience in treating transgender patients.
• A pharmacist.
• A psychotherapist, counselor, psychiatrist or psychologist with experience in treating transgender and gender variant patients.
